I want them to be able to see it up close, but I don't want a cheesy plastic one. Voila! This has simple, clean lines that I like in my living room, yet the kids love it and can take it apart, knock it off the table, my toddler has tasted them, and they still look great! I'm so glad to have found these! And the baby Jesus in the manger is reversible, so you can show the manger scene without Jesus before Christmas, and then turn it around to show him in the bed on Christmas day! I am very happy that I can have a nativity set out on display again with out having to worry about my 3 year old daughter breaking it. I also plan to use it in my Sunday school class. I am very pleased with it except, there is a small chip in the roof of the manger and there is no lid for the box that it came in. This makes the little carrying box useless when it comes time to pack it away.
